we have used PharMingen's Cy5PE CD38 with good results. While it is not bottled
at saturating concentrations (most commercial PE and Cy5PE reagents aren't), it
still provides reasonable separation when view T cell subsets (I don't know
about T cell subsets). The lot number (not catalog #!) we use is 4083-02.
