A 3-D Animated Movie of Flow Data from Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes
File 3FLMOVIE.qt: This file is a movie of a 3D display of flow data from peripheral blood lymphocytes stained for CD3 (FL1), CD56(FL2), and CD8 (FL3). Using RGB color-mixing conventions, we have displayed CD3 as green, CD56 as red, and CD8 as blue. In this way, double positive CD56/CD8 cells are purple, double positive CD3/CD8 cells are turquoise, and triple positive cells are white. Please save a copy of the file into your computer and view it using any suitable media player.
