The beta testing of the new FCAP-list v1.30
has been completed.
The new version is still a free upgrade for those who have permanent registration
code for any earlier version of FCAP-list.
The manuscript of FCAP-list User's Guide has been saved on this

FCAP-list is the most innovative and powerful software for off-line analysis of flow cytometry data available today. The software integrates the most advanced tools of the latest software technology offering you the maximum performance, revolutionary new data handling algorithms and concepts. No other flow cytometry software application provides as wide a line of sophisticated data analysis tools and graphics outputs.
FCAP-easy is the 'personal version' of the FCAP programs.
For research use only. Not for use in therapeutic or diagnostic
procedures.
HPtoMac is a disk conversion software which allows you to read 3.5" Hewlett Packard diskettes and copy data files onto the hard disk of your Macintosh.
The HPtoMac software is accelerated for Power Macintosh
FCB is an FCAP BASIC interpreter which allows you to execute flow cytometry data analysis protocols, 'Projects', in DOS environment. The Projects are batch analysis protocols coded in FCAP BASIC.
The high level programming language called FCAP BASIC gives you almost all the well-known advantages of the general purpose BASIC, plus it supports more than 50 statements and functions that have been added to support flow cytometry data analysis. The statements include, for example, histogram and dot plot generation, gate and region definition, calculation of statistics, generation of calculated parameters, etc.
This powerful tool may be beneficial even for those scientists who will probably never write a line of a program code. FCAP-list has a built-in code generator which automatically creates the FCAP-list BASIC program code of any manually performed data analysis process. The FCAP BASIC interpreter is an integral part of FCAP.
