Yet another typical T- type VCS plot, this time of a "CALLA" positive T ALL and it is interesting to note that, as in case C, CD2 is likewise absent - as is the case with approximately 25% of the T ALL's encountered here in Oman.
It is possible to speculate that the hypothesis of CD2 negativity signifying lymphomatous origins, coupled with the presence of CD10 in this case, reveals a T lymphoblastic lymphoma.
