Another "Common Thymocyte" type, dual CD4/CD8 T- ALL with a very unusual, almost sigmoid shaped pattern, very different from a "typical" T- type VCS distribution.
This pattern has been seen once before in this laboratory, also with a T- ALL and interestingly the CD4 vs CD8 pattern seen below mimicks the shape of the VCS pattern in this patient.
