The easiest way to measure these 3 parameters is to stain for DNA content
which allows you to quantitate apoptosis [below diploid] and proliferation
[above diploid] simultaneously. If you wish to analyze cell death using a
different method you have many choices, including TUNEL, annexin, which are
in kit form. There are also many other methods discussed in current
literature.
