EBV hazard

According to the biosafety publication from CDC and NIH, EBV should be
handled with BSL2 practices. Though there is little evidence that aerosols
are a significant source of laboratory-acquired infections, it is important
to avoid the creation of aerosols. This is the same recommendation for HIV
and HBV.
