a long time ago it was fashionable to use or combine a directly combined
FITC conjugated reagent with a FITC conjugated goat or rabbit indidrect
reagent for low level antigens. Would try PE of course and would use very
careful standardization at the level of 500 antigens per cell--autofl is
usually higher than that on most instruments. Good luck--would like to see
