Staining for surface & nuclear anitgens

Hello everyone,

Joan Hanley-Hyde has asked me to post a query; she
would very much like input on the 'best' approach for
staining human PBL's for surface AND nuclear antigens.
In addition, what help could you give her on locating
a good source for CD40 ab and FcR blockers.
