I have been working in apoptosis of T cells using 2C11 (anti-CD3), to
conduct part of my studies I need to block the activity of fas-fasL and with
this in mind I started to try the chimeric protein called fas-Ig. I had no
success in the search looking for the original paper and the picture showing
the fas-Ig construct in a PAGE.

Does someone know about the molecular weigh of the monomer of this protein? .

Is this fas-Ig protein available commercially?

I will appreciate any information regarding this particular topic.

Thanks in advance,
