Can anyone suggest reliable sources of antibodies for studies of these Fc=

markers on human leucocytes?
Also - has anyone any experience of looking at these in a whole blood (ly=

and wash) method - and are there any pitfalls to be avoided? What blocki=

agents are commonly employed (rather not use gammaglobulin)?
Any advice or dialogue welcome.
