The Clinical Laboratory Science Society of Central New England will
hold its annual meeting September 10-12, 1997 at the Boxborough Woods
Holiday Inn in Boxborough, Massachusetts (just outside of Boston).
This 3-day meeting is jointly planned by groups from Massachusetts,
New Hampshire and Rhode Island and includes sessions in flow
cytometry, cytopathology, immunology, immunohematology, chemistry,
hematology, microbiology, management (have I missed anything?).

The flow cytometry sessions will be held primarily on Wednesday, September 10
and will include:

9:00 a.m - 10:15 a.m.
Dr. Howard M. Shapiro: "New Directions in Flow Cytometry"

10:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Dr. Arthur Rabinowitz: "Autologous Peripheral Stem Cell
Transplantation:.

2:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Dr. Kenneth A. Ault: " New Techniques to Measure Platelet Kinetics
and Function"

ALSO...............
Lunch is included from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
and there will be a morning and afternoon coffee break where all can
meet and mingle.

Vendors and exhibitors will be available to provide up-to-date
information on services and products.

and everyone is invited 1:00 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. to attend the
presentation on "How to Prevent Hardening of the Attitude: Reducing
Stress in the Workplace" by Loretta LaRoche, Star of the PBS
Specials "The Joy of Stress" and "Humor Your Stress".
