How about an anti-IgM that is biotin-conjugated. Then, just add avidin,
and that will cross link quite well. Certainly works with anti-CD3 mAb.

Hi Everyone,

I've been looking for a source of cross-linked anti-human IgM to use in
B
cell activation studies. We were getting a reagent (Rabbit
anti-human-IgM
conjugated to beads) made by BioRad, but they no longer make it. Does
anyone
know of a supply of anti-human IgM linked to Dextran or Ficoll or beads
that
is suitable for in vitro culture.

Many Thanks

Pete
