To those who responded to my question, I was hoping to thank you all
individually for taking the time to help me. I will still try to do so,
but time constraints will not allow me, and it has been far too long to
wait any more.
Anyway, THANK YOU for your help. I did an experiment to compare NH4CL
vs lysing via Gentrak... Gentrak won. It worked quite well also!
I have one last question, and it is quite simple. I cannot use my usual
resources as I am writing at home, so I will ask here, and in the next
message also for maximum visibility (not obvious in the title of this
message). Perhaps, if you are still reading this, you can give a quick
answer:
What is the usual percent positive of CD19 for mouse blood? I believe it
is 30-40%, but would like backup.
Thanks so much!
