Staining whole blood is easy, add 100u blood to each tube, add your
antibodies, incubate, then add 1ml of a lysing reagent, I use BDs hugely
expensive FACSlyse, wait 10 minutes then wash a couple of times and run. I
use it all the time for 4 color staining, works fine and is very quick. Is
this what you meant?
