Thanks to your informative replied answer.
I'm sorry that I was a bit late to reply it.

I've done the experiment as you suggest,
and it shows that no emission going up.
In my case, I use Fluo-3 instead of Indo-1.

Do you have any idea how to make more Fluo-3
inside the cell?
