I found the time to do some programming again. I revised the refresh ratio
program
and made a new windows95/NT version.

I also wrote a nice little (not de download which includes runtime files)
program for exploring directories with flow cytometry data list file. It
shows the header information in a windows95 explorer interface.
You can see all the information at once by viewing the properties. (Use the
toolbar, menu or double click)
It is possible to keep notes on every file that are saved in a comments
file in the directory of the data files.
(look at these files with notepad and you understand how things are saved)
You can also look at histograms, dotplots, density plots and contour plots
one at a time as a preview. You can format those plots and copy them as a
bitmap to the windows clipboard for use in other programs.
You can also do some statistics with markers. There are histogram stats and
Quad stats for bivariate plots. These markers can also be saved for every
plot separately.
The markers are set by holding down the mouse next to the border in the
plot. If there are already markers visible you can change them by holding
down the mouse and drag them where you like. If you drag them to the border
they are deleted.
There is no help yet but it is also not necessary (I think).
This is version 1.0
Future enhancements will be a simple gating procedure and printing. (if I
find the time)
