  • Responsibilities: Perform complex immune monitoring assays for clinical samples. Prepare and review documentation including SOPs, assay forms and worksheets. Assist with the planning of experiments and help with scheduling, reagent preparation, etc. Train other laboratory members.
  • Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in life sciences, preferably in immunology or cell/molecular biology. Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
  • You should have experience with blood sample processing and cell cryopreservation, cell culture, cellular staining procedures using flow cytometry; knowledge and understanding of working in a GLP/GCP compliant laboratory to conduct experimental procedures per defined SOPs; ability to handle a high volume of clinical sample processing and analysis; and good organizational and documentation skills.

  • Responsible for the overall conduct of studies in different immunotherapeutic areas, overseeing experimental design as well as formulating conclusions and recommendations for next steps. Will present results to clients in scientific meetings and reports. Responsible for ensuring that the timelines and milestones of a study are met by proactively assessing foreseeing challenges, assessing impact of deviations and overall quality of the study conduct. Instructs laboratory personnel.
  • Background: Ph.D. or equivalent in life sciences, preferably in immunology, cell/molecular biology, virology or microbiology. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in industry or academia.
  • You should have experience with flow cytometry, multi-color panel design and analysis; knowledge of modern immunology, clinical trial design and regulations; cell-based assays; knowledge and understanding of working in a GLP/GCP compliant laboratory; experience with project management and preferably with client management; strong communication and organizational skills.
