Calcium Flux with Indo-1 and 3 Surface Markers
Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were prepared and stained based on the method of Rabinovitch et al (J.Immunol. 137:952-961). Cells were surface stained with CD4 FITC, CD8 PE, and CD20 PerCP Mab. For this experiment, baseline unstimulated measurement was followed by the addition of a CD3 stimulus. 3 color dotplots, followed by kinetic measurements of time vs each marker. Below are 3-D indo-1 analyses of CD4+, CD8+, CD20+ cells.
