Multicolor Analysis

Five color fluorescence analysis of human tonsil tissue utilizing PAINT-A-Gate (plus) software. Cells are stained with CD20 FITC, CD8 (PE), CD4 Biotin/RED613 Tandem Conjugate, CD3 APC, and Hoechst 33342. The FACS Vantage was set up with triple laser excitation using an air cooled argon-ion laser, HE-Ne laser, and a He-Cd laser.
