PI TOXICITY

My Dearest Friends,

Thanks for lunch! I was hoping that live/dead was an immediate
staining, and most of our current protocols for DNA were 15 min. As
the toxicity goes we see increases in the negative population over
time and I think we need to lower our concentration of PI and add it
just prior to running.

I think I'm in the mood for a four coarse meal today.
