We had Elite ESP cell sorter about 4 months ago. We are having
difficulties to do
sorting properly. There are few problems.

Conditions: The machine was "warm up" for more than 2 hours before we do
the test. The
room temperature and flow system all remain constant.

Problem 1: the machine cannot provide the same result from the sort
matrix test in 30
minutes time, without change any setting.

Problem 2: the total count of beads from the matrix test is greater than
the setup
(setup is 20, we had 23-24)

Problem 3: the phase change during the sort in less than 30 minutes

I'd like to hear the comments from anyone who had similar experience.
