I am relatively new to the field of flow cytometry and I have noticed marked
differences between Coulter's MO2 and My4. I am using these antibodies for
immunophenotyping. I always get a larger percentage of My4 positive cells.
Is the MO2 epitope lost? Is there a situation where I would prefer to use
MO2? Please let me know of your experience with these antibodies. Thanks
for your help!
