Dear Flowers !

Is there anyone who has a good suggestion of how to get rid of
autofluorescence in cultivated PBMC ? That is, is there any pretreatment of
the cultures that could be used before staining with antibodies ? The use of
0.1% sodium borohydride solution has been suggested (Endresen et al -95).
Otherwise, this problem has, to my knowledge, not been extensively
eluminated. I would be a much happier flow-person if anyone could contribute
with some nice suggestions of how to solve this problem..

Looking forward to all your brilliant ideas !!

Sincerely yours,

karin.cederbrant@astra.se.astra.com
