would one be able to identify mouse eos. in the same way as described for
humans? At present one of my investigators is purifying the eos. prior
to staining for FACS. It would be a lot less trouble for him if I could
find them in the whole blood. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We
would be using a FACS Vantage with a 488/U.V. Enterprise and HeNe lasers.
Thanks in advance.
