For straight methods, I recommend
Methods in Cell Biology, Flow Cytometry, Volume 41 Part A and B
Second Edition, 1994

(There are other volumes that have topics related to flow; Volume 42 Chapter 6
deals with PRINS - NOT a newbie technique!!)

I am a graduate student at UCSF who wants to start a flow project. Can
anyone tell me which book is the *THE* book for flow cytometry methods.
Also can you give me the names and numbers of important suppliers.

Many Thanks...
