Flow Cytometry and Microbiology



Introduction
The Purdue University Cytometry Laboratories (PUCL) recognizes that microbiology is one of the fastest growing areas in the cytometry field. The purpose of section 4 of the Purdue CD-ROM is to pioneer a forum to share information regarding flow cytometri c applications in microbiology. We would like to hear any suggestions for improving this section and welcome contributions to future volumes of the Purdue CD-ROM.
