I have an urgent need to know the excitation and emission wavelength for
luciferase in neutral pH. I want to know if bound to orotein in cells,
luciferease undergoes a bathmochromic effect(red shift). What is the best
filter and excitation wavelength and emission wavelength for flowcytometric
determination of luciferase.
Thank you in advance
