Phagocytosis, help needed!

I am about to set up a phagocytosis assay using human phagocytes.
Is it worthwhile to buy ready-to-use kits (sold by BD and Molecular Probes,)
and if so which one would you suggest?
For as much as I understood they mainly differ in the opsonization of E.
coli (one using hIg the other using also complement) but it would help me a
lot if somebody with previous experience could share it with me.

Thanks for the help
