Anti-FAK and Anti-VIN

Hi everyone,

We are trying to label CHO cells in suspension with both anti-FAK (Focal
Adhesion Kinase) and anti-VIN (vinculin). We get great labelling with
the cells grown on coversips for confocal, but nothing when they are in
suspension. Has anyone done either of these on cells in suspension, or
do the receptors disappear when the adherent cells are removed from their
substrate???

Thanks in advance.
