Hi Aleta,

For a method for flow detection of cytokine mRNA, try Morvan, PY et al (1994)
"In situ hybridisation and cytofluometric analysis of cytokine mRNA during in vitro
activation of human T cells," European Cytokine Network 5 (5): 469- 480.

I'm interested in this too, but probably won't have a chance to try it for a couple of
months - please let me know how you get on! If it worked well it would be a lot
cheaper (and more versatile) than using MoAb's.
