Hi Aleta,

I am tyring the similar approach to study TCRVB expressions by flow. I
came across this article dealt with detection of RNA in cells by flow,
and you might want to check this one out. Yu et.al. "Sensitive detection
of RNAs in single cells by flow cytometry" Nuecleic Acid Research 20:83
