1. I would like to thank everybody who responded to my question regarding
availability of a directly conjugated CD30 (available from DAKO and
Pharmingen). I guesss I need to look into more than just the
Coulter/ImmunoTech catalog.
2. At the same time I would also like to thank the people who reponded a
while ago about an ALL case (7 year old female) which was positive for TDT
and CD10 only. Most of the people suggested to do a cytoplasmic CD3 and
CD23 to find out whether it was T or B-cell origin. Great suggestion! The
geberal feeling was that this probably represented a very early T-cell ALL
(the case was also tetraploid). Unfortunately I had no cells left over and
(fortunately for the patient) I have not received a follow-up specimen. If
I do, I will let you know the results! Apparently the patient has been
doing great after her initial chemotherapy.
Thanks again - Andrea
