The address of Cytek cytometry flow products is
Cytek Development
46560 Fremont Boulevard, Suite 116, CA 94538

Phone 5106570102
Fax 510 657-0151

They had an adaptor for the FACSCan with the Flow Injection Modul and
maybe they have one now for the Calibur. With this module one gets a
heatable sample holder. The one I bought many years ago worked fine
after some mending.
