I hope all others in the above "subset of interest" (anybody in the USA)
join me in perceiving the myopic vision of Nigel Blackhalls comments to Dr.
Darzynkiewicz's post urging support for the Hatfield ammendment.
Significant reductions in ANY governments' support for research, including
the UKs, has direct relevance for us all.

Let me reiterate:

"YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOUR SENATORS BY TELEPHONE OF FAX TO URGE
THE TO SUPPORT THE HATFIELD AMENDMENT TO RESTORE TO RESTORE THE 10% CUT TO
THE NIH BUDGET. DO IT TODAY- NOW!! THE DISCUSSION STARTS TODAY. TIME IS
CRITICAL,

Zbigniew Darzynkiewicz "
