Human platelets in flow.
Our lab do a lot of flowcytometry work on platelets. We have tried whole
blood techniques, which are described in the litterature, but till now we
regularly use platelets isolated from soft spin EDTA blood (platelet rich
plasma).

i would like to take a look at human platelets. do those of you with
experience use a whole blood technique, or density gradient to enrich? Any
other tips appreciated.
