I don't know if anyone mentioned this method.

Looking at CD45 vs CD14, you can pick out Eo's. They're dimmer 45 than lymphs
and somewhat brighter than gran's. With CD45 on the x axis, they're at the
top of lymphs (on CD14), between lymphs and grans. It's not a well defined
population, but if you also use a combination gate of very high SSC, you
should be able to better define the eo's.

This is on human blood.
