macrophage analysis

Anyone have a trick for either removing macrophages from plastic, or
better still, preventing them from sticking in the first place.

Surely there must be a better way than scraping them off, which is a
pain for the small-scale cultures we are running - also I suspect
many of them get damaged in the process.
