Then, it relates confidence to S-phase cutoff classification, so you get the big picture: Are you sure it’s low, intermediate, or high S-Phase?

Based on the Marquardt non-linear least squares analysis algorithm, ModFit LT is unsurpassed in precision.

Critical to determining reliability is ModFit LT's quantitative S-phase assessment. By statistically evaluating the error of the S-phase estimate, ModFit LT determines how to classify the results with your cutoffs.
